Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at trapyourmoles.com and any services provided by Trap Your Moles™ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a wildlife removal company operating in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Trap Your Moles™ provides professional wildlife trapping and removal services, including but not limited to mole, vole, squirrel, chipmunk, raccoon, and groundhog removal for residential and commercial properties.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion for any lawful reason.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

All scheduled appointments require a minimum 3-hour cancellation notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation or service charge. Repeated missed appointments may result in termination of service.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any scheduling changes or delays on our end in a timely manner.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of service enrollment. Prices are quoted based on your property size, infestation severity, and selected service program. Quoted prices are subject to change if conditions materially differ from the initial assessment.

We accept payment by the methods disclosed at the time of service. Invoices not paid within the agreed period may be subject to late fees or referral to collections.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If wildlife activity covered under your active service plan returns during the service period, we will return to your property at no additional charge to address the issue.

This guarantee applies only to active service agreements and does not cover new infestations originating after the conclusion of service, infestations on adjacent or neighboring properties, or damage caused by wildlife activity before or after our service period.

The guarantee does not constitute a warranty that wildlife will never return permanently. Wildlife management is an ongoing process, particularly for properties in wooded or rural areas.

5. Property Access & Client Responsibilities

By scheduling service, you authorize Trap Your Moles™ and its representatives to access your property for the purpose of conducting inspections, placing traps, monitoring activity, and removing wildlife.

You are responsible for:

  • Informing us of any known hazards on the property, including but not limited to aggressive animals, underground utilities, restricted areas, and physical obstacles.
  • Keeping children and pets away from trap locations disclosed by our technicians during service visits.
  • Notifying us promptly of any concerns or changes to conditions on the property.

We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, conditions discovered during service, or damage caused by wildlife before our service commenced.

6. Wildlife Laws & Regulations

All trapping and removal activities are conducted in compliance with applicable Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana state wildlife laws and regulations. Trap Your Moles™ holds all required licenses and operates within legal parameters for wildlife removal in our service area.

Clients must not interfere with, move, or tamper with traps placed by our technicians. Unauthorized interference with wildlife traps may be a violation of state law and may void any service guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trap Your Moles™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to property damage, crop or garden loss, or injury to persons or animals resulting from wildlife activity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems.
  • Use our website to transmit spam, malware, or any unsolicited communications.
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without express written permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in connection with our website or services.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clermont County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements entered into between you and Trap Your Moles™, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
