Our densest coverage, from the Hamilton County river neighbourhoods out through Clermont, Warren and Butler. Lot sizes swing from tight historic city blocks to multi-acre township properties, and the trapping approach changes with them.
Greater Dayton
8 communities across 3 counties: Clark, Greene, Montgomery
Montgomery, Greene and Clark counties. Flatter ground and deeper topsoil than the river corridor, so runways tend to run longer and straighter, which makes reading the active tunnel the whole job.
Northern Kentucky
7 communities across 4 counties: Boone, Campbell, Grant, Kenton
Kenton, Campbell, Boone and Grant counties. River-corridor clay holds moisture and supports heavy earthworm populations, which is why these lawns see year-round activity rather than a seasonal burst.
